Daheng Imaging SDK (Software development kit)

Daheng Imaging has a SDK free of charge that works with all Daheng Imaging industrial cameras. It includes programming examples and a demo program with user interface to easily set parameters (like exposure time) of the industrial camera. All different versions of the SDK can be downloaded from the download area.

ARM and X86 Hardware platforms

Our industrial cameras support the following hardware platforms:

• X86, these are normal PC's, industrial PC's and small development boards based on intel processors like the UP-Board
• ARM, typical small development boards, like NVIDIA TX1, TX2, Nano, Xavier and also Raspberry Pi

SDK operating systems

Our SDK supports the following operating systems:

• Windows
• Linux
• Android

Please note that we do not support Apple MAC operating system. Apple MAC operating system is not used in industrial enviroments, however many development engineers are using Apple MAC systems for developing the inspection software. In this case, engineers install a virtual machine with windows or linux on the Apple MAC, so they can still use our industrial cameras with our SDK on an Apple system.

SDK software languages

Our SDK includes example programs written in:

• C++
• C# / .NET
• Python

On special request other programming language might be available, like Visual Basic and Delphi. These are not included in the standard SDK.
